Job Summary

A start up investment platform is seeking a Remote Product Design Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring stellar and consistent UX across all (web, mobile and offline)
  • Leading various stages of product design, including ideation, sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and animations
  • Guiding the team in adapting the mindset that UX is everything

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 8+ years of strong UX and UI design experience
  • Strong Branding and Graphic design experience UX/UI
  • Design experience for mobile
  • Experience leading product design at a consumer company (ideally a marketplace)
  • Experience working in a consumer startup at growth stages
  • Track record of designing complex products (dashboards, tables) as well as delightful, engaging user flows
