Job Summary
A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Design Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Championing a deep understanding of the user with the UX, Product Management, and Engineering partners
- Collaborating on that product or project team, leveraging user personas, roles, pain points, and needs
- Organizing & facilitating “design jams” (our take on Design Sprints) & other collaborative design sessions to produce creative solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors or Post Grad Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Human Computer Interaction or related field
- 5+ years of progressive UX/UI design and/or product management experience in software, web and mobile environments
- Strong UX analysis & design experience in large-scale software development environment
- A strong understanding of information architecture and user-centered design methodology
- Solid exposure to web and mobile software development, product/design research, and brand awareness
