Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Product Design Senior Director.
Must be able to:
- Create and manage detailed user-interface specification and design patterns
- Standardize and operationalize research methods and supporting documentation
- Mentor and develop a globally distributed team of UX and UI designers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience as a UX designer, preferably with experience in enterprise software
- 5+ years of experience managing a design team
- Experience and evidence using best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture
- Familiarity using, collaborating, and managing design production software and libraries
- Ability to accurately map, wireframe and present comprehensive end-to-end user journey maps/stories
- Experience and ability to lead Design Sprints, Design Critiques and Reviews
