Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Product Design Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Providing coaching and feedback, with an emphasis on growing lead ICs and leadership capability
Creating and driving adoption of design guidelines, mechanisms, best practices, process and tools
Managing the user experience design of multiple mid-to-large-sized programs through leading a design team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

8+ years of UX/product/service design experience
3+ years of experience managing at least 5 product designers
Experience managing designers with demonstrated impact
Experience in driving viable UX frameworks and product architectures in highly ambiguous environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-computer Interaction (HCI)
