Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Product Design Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing coaching and feedback, with an emphasis on growing lead ICs and leadership capability
- Creating and driving adoption of design guidelines, mechanisms, best practices, process and tools
- Managing the user experience design of multiple mid-to-large-sized programs through leading a design team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of UX/product/service design experience
- 3+ years of experience managing at least 5 product designers
- Experience managing designers with demonstrated impact
- Experience in driving viable UX frameworks and product architectures in highly ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-computer Interaction (HCI)
