A software technology company is seeking a Remote Product Design Systems Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of Product Designers and UX Writers to execute the work
- Define and drive design quality, practice, and offerings that meet our business, customer, and end-user goals
- Shape the vision for the future of our design systems and communicate the direction with a narrative in mind
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years design management experience
- 12+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience creating environments where design teams can do high-quality, creative, hypothesis-driven wor
- Background in building and strengthening the multidisciplinary skillsets of a product design team
- Experience shipping visible work into a global market
- Experience with driving human-centered design processes
