Job Summary
A software-as-a-service technology company has a current position open for a Remote Product Designer in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing iterative and non-iterative experiences that grow our Pay with our program
- Designing game mechanics into our platform to drive higher consumer frequency, better retention & increased rewards
- Conducting user research to support a deep understanding of our consumers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of B2C product design experience in an agile environment
- Proficient with InVision and Craft Manager
- Proficient with Sketch or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with maintaining Design Systems and Component Libraries
- Wireframing, building interactive prototypes, conducting user testing, and refining ideas to solve various interaction challenges
