Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Development Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing sales and marketing plan for new solution
- Developing value proposition and pricing methodology
- Working closely with beta clients to define the solution
Qualifications for this position include:
- Four year degree
- Experience in product development, and complex projects and activities
- Strong analytic skills and previous experience in interpreting claims data
- 8 Years of experience implementing complicated, cross functional projects
- Demonstrated leadership ability with cross-functional teams and consensus builder
- Good negotiation, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
