Job Summary
A venture-backed e-commerce incubator and holding company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Development Director in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- You will be leading category prioritization for future brand launches with input from the company's senior management team
- You will be defining and refining the brand launch playbook over time and running a tight process across many stakeholders
- You will be taking the initiative to improve processes, design better tools, and coach the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of total experience (3+ years of experience at a successful consumer products company)
- Ability to distill complexity to simple principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Unafraid to challenge authority figures intellectually
