Job Summary

A consumer goods company that specializes in products for dogs is in need of a Remote Product Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Defining, developing, planning, and managing R&D projects and product development initiatives
• Developing and managing external technical relationships with third party manufacturers to deliver projects from concept to commercialization.
• Developing innovation/renovation roadmaps for products that lead to future competitive differentiation

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 5 years experience in product development or R&D in the pet food industry
• Experience in managing projects throughout the whole product development process
• Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
• Experience working directly with contract manufacturers, material vendors, and new technologies
