Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Product Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing our product organization and managing two other product managers
• Optimizing our product development process, installing processes and best practices
• Helping set our overall product roadmap and vision, ensuring we build the most valuable product possible for our customers

Required Skills:

• Strong grasp of product management best practices
• Exceptional management and mentorship skills, and a passion for coaching people
• Empathy for our customers & ability to understand & prioritize their needs via user feedback, user research, experimentation & data
• Ability to rapidly produce product concepts and prototypes (both low and high fidelity)
• Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with software engineers, to turn feature ideas into reality
