Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Product Education and Training Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and delivering engaging e-learning experiences to airlines around the world
- Developing participant & trainer materials using variety of methods (presentations, documents, image capture software, etc)
- Revising existing training material to enhance the customer experience by applying proven adult education best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years experience in instructional design/development including developing, maintaining and delivering effective training materials
- 2+ years experience creating content for learning management systems
- Extensive experience with customer-facing presentations and/or training
- Strong communicator with experience collaborating across multiple teams and external partners
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
