Job Summary
A hospitality and travel industry solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Educational Development Subject Matter Expert.
Must be able to:
- Design and develop eLearning Course content
- Design and develop instructor led (either face-to-face or remote delivery - site specific and webinar) content
- Work with company R&D, Support and Product Management on new features or existing enhanced product features
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in training delivery
- Experience in designing and building training materials/courses
- Visual design skills
- Expert in MS Office products and use of templates and styles
- Lesson and Curriculum planning
- Experience within Sales or Operations positions in Hospitality
