Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Product Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring and retaining software engineers, DevOps engineers, and engineering leaders
- Leading engineering research, architecture, and development operations
- Coaching, mentoring, and growing senior engineering leadership
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of experience as an Engineering leader
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a focus on web and/or mobile products
- Deep experience managing team engineers who are a part of multiple agile scrum teams
- Ability to effectively partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Customer Success
- Proven ability to identify and execute on opportunities for team improvement over time
- Knowledge of associated practices, including architecture, design systems, and accessibility standards
