A technology consulting firm is in need of a Remote Product Engineering Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a nimble team of developers and designers
  • Leading client and team meetings to complete sprints and milestones
  • Reviewing code and continually pushing standards higher, every day

Required Skills:

  • You'll travel occasionally, but only for things that really matter
  • 7 years experience with software development with a variety of programming languages
  • Experience as the lead on projects with budgets ranging for $1M to $3M
  • Consulting experiences with the unique nature of listening deeply to client concerns
  • Experience with project leadership including agile kanban boards, and technical architecture leadership
  • Strong understanding of the agile software development process
