A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Product Growth Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with the growth lead to refine the company marketing strategy
- Designing testing frameworks to implement across social media channels and optimize strategy
- Producing quarterly reviews & analytics report to inform strategy and future plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong writer with a love for storytelling and good visuals bringing humor, humility, and kindness
- Committed to placing issues of environmental and climate justice at the forefront of ocean conservation efforts
- Active across social media channels with deep expertise around the strategies and needs of each platform
- Must have expert problem-solving skills in time, project, and stakeholder management
- Skilled at engaging innovations in digital communications, organizing, content development, ads, data and targeting
