A consulting company has a current position open for a Remote Product Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing a product vision and building a strategy to support it
- Overseeing a team of 5-6 Product Managers
- Delivering products that align with client requirements and customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to meet with the entire team once a year
- Experience leading a Product Management Team
- Experience working and leading in a consultative, agile capacity
- History of delivering successful and innovative products from ideation to completion
- Ability to clearly identify and create KPIs to monitor the performance of your team
- Ability to define and measure success metrics for product areas and specific product managers
