Must be able to:

• Lead, coach, mentor a high-performing, highly engaged team
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers
• Develop and communicate departmental goals and strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical area of study or equivalent experience
• 8 years in SaaS product management
• 5 years in a people management role
• 5 years in product manager, product owner, or business analyst roles
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience
• Expert understanding of scaled agile development framework and environments
