A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Product Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with engineering to build a high velocity tech organization
• Partnering with your product managers in both discovery and delivery to ensure we build the right products that solve customer problems
• Contributing to building and scaling an inclusive Product management team and discipline

Qualifications Include:

• Has worked at a small startup or equivalent where your decisions really matter
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (required)
• Have led a group of product managers working on squads / tracks delivering excellent products for stakeholders
• Strong program management and organizational skills
