Job Summary
A SaaS-based data security and governance platform that offers data sharing without compromising regulatory compliance needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Management Director .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining the customer experience, product features, and business model
- Performing market research and provide driven data analysis to ensure that new product offerings meet customer needs and provide superior value at scale and quality to delight customers and differentiate Privacera’s offerings in the market
- Developing metrics, systems, and processes to measure the efficiency of the experiences we are delivering to customers, and be able to find opportunities to improve and deliver value
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years Product Management experience with preferably 2+ years delivering SaaS products and demonstrable track record of building products and growing revenues
- Strong security and governance/compliance technology background with deep understanding of these markets
- Strong background in building solutions on top of public and private cloud services and using cloud native and container technologies
- Prior start-up experience or an entrepreneurial mentality validated by success within unstructured environments, a rapid integration mindset, and a clear affinity for the customer
- An excellent team builder. Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement development processes, resource planning, metrics, and documentation and become the trusted advisor for the field for products/services owned
- Seasoned Director of Product Management who has delivered successful products in security, governance, and compliance domains and preferably in a SaaS form factor, at scale, while owning vision, strategy, data and execution of that product line
