Job Summary
A blockchain company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Remotely managing a diverse group of Product Managers, Project Managers and Data Scientists
- Leading technical product teams focused on the strategy, design and execution of products
- Supporting the team's growth and development through continuous coaching, learning and development, and feedback
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- 5+ years of prior experience in a hands-on product or engineering role
- 3+ years managing remotely distributed teams
- Strong interest/passion in Blockchain (DeFi) and a technical understanding of Web3 products
- Successful track record of leading and coaching diverse teams through the full product lifecycle
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering teams
