Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Product Manager, Activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, optimize, and manage multi-channel customer journeys
• Oversee email campaign execution and manage customer journey activation
• Support implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements for CDP and ESP

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in managing end-to-end activation and delivery models
• 5+ years in QA/QE testing for customer activations and delivery
• 5+ years experience with SMS/ESP service providers
• 5+ years in SQL and query-based testing
• 3+ years experience with JIRA and Confluence systems
