Remote Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product vision and strategy, the full-time Remote Product Manager will manage the development and execution of high-impact solutions while leveraging AI capabilities and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver solutions aligned with market needs and business value
• Lead product release and go-to-market activities, ensuring effective communication and accountability for adoption
• Facilitate agile development processes and collaborate with engineering and other departments to drive product development from ideation to launch

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in product management
• 7-10 years of experience in software, SaaS, or technology-driven services product management
• Proven experience in supporting Talent Acquisition functions through recruitment marketing products or HR tech platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and familiarity with AI or LLM-powered product features
• Experience designing and testing commercial business applications with a data-driven approach to product management
