Job Summary
A privately-held computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Product Marketing Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking ownership of the strategy to position our company as a differentiator in the market
- Crafting compelling positioning and messaging for buyer and user personas across customer segments
- Developing core product marketing assets (e.g. web pages, presentations, data sheets)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. CS, CSE, EE), and/or relevant work experience
- AND the ability to be hands-on with our products (maybe you're self-taught)
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related domains
- Experience mentoring and managing a team of direct reports
- Experience with products & technologies used in search, IT analytics, data analytics, big data analytics space
