- Building a team, managing and growing a team of PMMs
- Managing various stakeholders with clarity and objectivity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of work experience or 5+ years post-MBA
- Experience managing and leading a team of at least 3 with strong people development and leadership skills
- Must have experience working on go-to-market or product related strategic and operational topics
- Experience working on large strategic initiatives from framing the problem
- Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
- Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others
