Job Summary
A life insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Operations Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and implementing key processes that help scale products
- Creating and maintaining documentation to make processes sustainable and scalable
- Establishing high quality processes and infrastructure for cross functional stakeholders to share issues with the consumer product team
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant product operations experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of the interconnectivity between technology and the customer experience
- A passion for fixing problems, honing processes, and driving projects forward - whatever is needed for us to achieve our ambitious goals
- Ability to compile a well-articulated dashboard and share performance metrics
- Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally
