Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Operations Data Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Serve as initial triage for in-app customer feedback and enhancement requests
- Own the data collection, analysis and delivery of critical metrics for an enterprise SaaS product team
- Analyze customer usage data and derive insights for product, customer success and marketing teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have experience using Pendo Core and Feedback, Jira, and Salesforce for developing and reporting on analytics
- 3+ years of experience in an analytics or product operations data role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS company
- Ability to develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports and models to derive meaning from raw data
- High tolerance of ambiguity, an openness to change, and a willingness to take informed risks
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills
