Remote Product Operations Manager in Austin

Job Summary

A national research center has a current position open for a Remote Product Operations Manager in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with the whole Product department to select the best fit user analytics tool(s) for all product teams. Set up tracked events, reports, etc
• Work with product managers to build and maintain KPI reports, which will undoubtedly contain data from multiple sources
• Be the main point of contact in the Product department for Zendesk solutions, coordinate with IT to make adjustments, create reports

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Agile Product Owner, or Project Manager
• The ability to execute on and deliver cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes, as well as web and mobile applications
• Extensive experience working with Jira or other agile project management tools
