Job Summary
A research technology platform has a current position open for a Remote Product Operations Senior Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining product KPIs, product adoption and usage metrics, and answer complex questions around customer health and success metrics
- Partnering with Product to define metrics to evaluate business performance, products, and experiments
- Deepening the Product and Engineering team's understanding of the products
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of professional experience in operations, product, data, and/or analytics at a SaaS company
- Experience with product analysis tools such as Full Story, Google Analytics, MixPanel, Pendo, etc
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Skilled in manipulating large datasets and interpreting results
- Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
