Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Product Operations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing product backlog, tracking, triaging, and assigning issues
- Keeping track of the assigned issues, following up and guaranteeing on time delivery
- Becoming an expert with deep knowledge of the product and a broad understanding of customer use cases to rapidly and efficiently troubleshoot incoming issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated strong technical background, comfort working with developers, and proven exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to structure complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Knowledge and background in Integration preferred
- 3 - 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: product operations, product management, program/project management, customer success/services
- Bachelor's degree; degree in engineering or related discipline preferred
- Ability to help the developer team by providing deep analysis of customer issues that can help accelerate identification and resolution
