Remote Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Product Operations Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating systems, processes, tools, and reporting to enable the Product Team
• Helping setup and track core business metrics related to the product and disseminate insights
• Owning portions of operational health measurement, alerting, and incident reporting

Qualifications Include:

• A minimum of 3-year experience in Product Operations working with Product Management and Engineering teams
• Intermediate/Advanced SQL knowledge and/or highly technical
• Ability to drive efficiencies through process development, outsourcing or low-code/no-code tooling
• Experience with data analysis, building dashboards, experimentation, and testing
• Team player and a fantastic collaborator
• Must be able to work independently, without supervision and manage multiple priorities
