Job Summary

An automotive industry retail sales company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Order Inbound Customer Service Phone Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide inbound customer service to our customers
  • Assist callers with issues relating to: shipping, returns, warranties, and package tracking.
  • Answer calls in an upbeat, professional manner with customer satisfaction in mind

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent communication skills and basic customer service skills
  • Ability to recognize customer needs and problem solve
