Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the CMS backlog in Azure DevOps and develop an understanding of active work items
• Translate stakeholder needs into concise work items for the development team
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize the backlog and support product roadmap development

Required Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies or software development processes preferred
• Foundational understanding of backend systems is a plus
• This role does not require a degree; relevant skills and experience are valued
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts in a team-oriented environment
• Legal residency in specified states is required
