Remote Product Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Product Owner will manage product backlogs, gather requirements, and collaborate with software development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the backlog in Azure DevOps, developing a foundational understanding of active work items
• Translate stakeholder needs into concise work items for the development team and participate in refinement discussions
• Support the development of a product roadmap by prioritizing and organizing backlog items for timely completion

Required qualifications

• Experience working with agile methodologies or software development processes preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts in a team-oriented environment
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
• Strong analytical skills with a willingness to seek guidance on complex issues
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
