Remote Product Owner

Job Summary

To support critical initiatives in the contact center telephony domain, the contract-to-hire Remote Product Owner positions will provide product leadership, manage technical roadmaps, and facilitate Agile delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product leadership for telephony modernization projects, ensuring business needs are translated into executable technical roadmaps and functional requirements
• Facilitate discovery sessions, gather business and technical requirements, and manage backlog grooming and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, and support delivery against agreed commitments

Required qualifications

• Experience in technical product management within contact center telephony, including knowledge of Agentic AI, IVR, and CRM integrations
• Proven leadership in Agile delivery, including roadmap refinement, backlog management, and participation in Scrum ceremonies
• Strong background in discovery and requirements leadership, including service blueprinting and performance analytics
• Ability to define capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria effectively
• Experience with KPI/OKR measurement and managing dependencies and risks in a cross-functional environment
