Remote Product Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Owner will manage the product backlog, translate stakeholder needs into actionable work items, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of software projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the backlog in Azure DevOps, developing an understanding of all active work items
• Translate stakeholder needs into concise work items for the development team and participate in refinement discussions
• Support the development of a product roadmap by contributing to priority-setting and vision discussions

Required qualifications

• Experience working with agile methodologies or software development processes preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts in a team-oriented environment
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to seek guidance on complex issues
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
