Job Summary

A global technology company has a current position open for a Remote Product Planning Business Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing existing services looking for opportunities to improve customer experience
• Prioritizing stakeholder requirements and control scoping as the service is planned
• Defining and owning budget requirements and ROI analysis

Required Skills:

• International travel in support of projects and organizational alignment will be occasional (<25%)
• BS/BA or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Operations, or Finance discipline
• 5+ years of experience in product or program management and/or process design
• 4+ years in sales, presales or delivery with enterprise customers
• Proven track record for delivering great customer experiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
