A gaming software company is seeking a Remote Product Platform Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a cros- functional team including data analysts, designers, and producers
- Generate accurate expected outcomes for new content and features
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs based on player, 3rd party developer, tech, and business needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Data Analysis
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager or related role
- 3+ years of leading, inspiring, motivating, and organizing a cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in managing live operations, balancing in-game economies and defining product roadmaps
- Knowledge of the overall gaming market with a deep understanding of game development
- Knowledge of free-to-play KPIs, and live operations best practices
