Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Product Privacy and Regulatory Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Getting to know the organizational structure, key agreements, and legal processes
- Diving into our privacy program
- Understanding current product offerings and market positioning as well as how those products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working with product, data, and engineering teams in order to guide product development and assess risk
- Understanding and familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Working knowledge of US privacy laws and requirements and hands-on experience implementing privacy programs at growing companies
- Exposure to foreign privacy regimes and the ability to get up to speed quickly
- Experience with international product expansion and adaptation
