Job Summary
A global software development company has a current position open for a Remote Product Quality Staff Technical Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop Quality KPIs and methods to measure & report on them
- Develop holistic strategy for the creation and implementation of a Product Quality program
- Drive methods to improve product quality, including streamlining bug intake, triage, and resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge in technical program management methodologies
- Experience with scale, production with emphasis on Product Quality, Reliability, Efficiency
- 5+ years of technical product/program management experience, software engineering, or quality assurance work
- Experience either in an established consumer application, cloud computing, or mid-sized growth stage company
- Adept at breaking down complex challenges into workable components and make continuous progress towards solving a problem
- Experience moving technical or engineering programs from concept to completion
