Job Summary

A Workday services and consulting company has an open position for a Remote Product Research Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Summarize and analyze data
  • Assist in gathering Voice of the Customer and Win/Loss analysis
  • Forecast and track industry marketing and sales trends

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with research and analytics tools
  • Minimum Five (5) years in a UX-related role
  • Or any equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge
  • Knowledge of highly regulated environments such as Finance or Healthcare
  • Experience with User experience, associated elements and decomposition, road-mapping
  • Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language
