Job Summary

A human and animal care call center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Safety Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Handle customer service questions related to client's products as needed
  • Recognize adverse events and emergency medical situations and manage per SCI policies and procedures
  • Use appropriate reference materials and databases to research adverse events and other consumer questions

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working on a nurse help line, drug safety call center
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex or diverse information
  • Ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make timely and accurate decisions
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to complete all assigned projects in a timely manner and meet deadlines
  • RN in good standing or Bachelor's degree in a Health or Life Science related field will be considered with prior clinical or drug safety experience.
