Job Summary
A contact center is seeking a Remote Product Services Customer Service Representative in Elgin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing large amounts of outbound appointment setting calls
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school degree
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
