Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Product Specialist Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Conduct regular ticket audits and reviews
- Responsible for the training/onboarding of new hires
- Train, continually coach & educate your Product Specialists
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 1 year in Customer Support leadership of any level
- 2 years of experience in Customer Support
- Strong technical understanding and experience in SaaS products
- Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship and organizational behavior
