Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Product Specialist Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct regular ticket audits and reviews
  • Responsible for the training/onboarding of new hires
  • Train, continually coach & educate your Product Specialists

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 1 year in Customer Support leadership of any level
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Strong technical understanding and experience in SaaS products
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship and organizational behavior
