Job Summary
A computer software company is in need of a Remote Product Strategy and Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the Genesys Cloud product communication strategy, process and documentation
- Representing Product with UX, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Commercial Operations
- Redesigning and managing the feature beta program
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 8 years working experience in related field and/or role
- Proven track record of managing multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to assess risk for complex issues and decide best course of action
- Proven ability to think and work strategically while driving on-time execution
