A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Product Strategy Employer and Individual Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Thinking strategically, and creatively, about how health benefit plan designs should be structured
• Using a mix of common-sense/qualitative and quantitative analytic approaches to find the right answers
• Clearly communicating best-practice plan design recommendations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 10+ years of healthcare/business experience
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
• Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and creatively to achieve business goals
• Background and experience with health insurance product and plan design
