Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Product Support Analyst in Gilbert.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying and responding within scope of responsibility
  • Explain new technologies and presents deliverables to customers
  • Analyze chain of events and establishes procedures and/or detailed specifications

Qualifications Include:

  • 4 plus years of related technical experience is desired
  • Experience in Healthcare operations and understanding of Healthcare data is desired
  • Experience with Tableau or other analytics visualization software development and support
  • Prior experience in ERP application support or BI application support is desirable
  • Hands on experience in reviewing and programming SQL queries, importing and exporting data from different databases
  • Understanding of database schemas and data flow diagrams
