Job Summary

An internet technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead Customer Support with an emphasis on creating processes
  • Manage and execute support for ongoing releases
  • Improve and optimize processes and reporting for analyzing and tracking

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience using analytics tools and data platforms
  • 2+ years of experience of managing a support team
  • At least 7+ years of experience in a technical customer support role
  • Experience setting up reports, automation, etc. in a help desk software
  • Experience with managing Zendesk, HelpScout, or a similar system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity while delivering the best customer service
