Job Summary
An internet technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Customer Support with an emphasis on creating processes
- Manage and execute support for ongoing releases
- Improve and optimize processes and reporting for analyzing and tracking
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience using analytics tools and data platforms
- 2+ years of experience of managing a support team
- At least 7+ years of experience in a technical customer support role
- Experience setting up reports, automation, etc. in a help desk software
- Experience with managing Zendesk, HelpScout, or a similar system
- Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity while delivering the best customer service
