Job Summary

A commercial insurance and finance firm is in need of a Remote Product Support Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading the creation and development of the onboarding process necessary to bring new clients
  • Leading the support team to provide technical support and training for all product users
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to communicate client feedback and to provide input on prioritization and road map for products

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of premium finance and how it is used by customers
  • Supervisory experience with preference to remote management
  • Project management experience and skills to effective lead multiple initiatives to successful implementation
  • Salesforce.com administrative and functional experience
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
