Job Summary

A financial software and business solutions company is seeking a Remote Product Support Representative I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing in-depth product support to clients by opening, updating, & resolving incidents from incoming inquiries
  • Responding to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions
  • Documenting Client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 Years of Banking/Technology Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
  • Organizational and time management skills required
  • Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
