Job Summary
A fintech company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Support Representative II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing in-depth product support to Black Knight clients by resolving incoming inquiries
- Responding to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat session
- Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A high school diploma or GED is required for this role
- Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
- Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
