Job Summary

A fintech company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Support Representative II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing in-depth product support to Black Knight clients by resolving incoming inquiries
  • Responding to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat session
  • Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required for this role
  • Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
  • Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
